This can be done either during the order procedure if you think that you'll require help from the very beginning or later on from the VPS billing Control Panel in case you have difficulties with any application on the server. Our skilled administrators can easily install or troubleshoot any app for you in a very timely matter. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade includes sixty minutes of custom work and you could use it anytime. The vast majority of tasks take less than that, thus the remaining time will be available for the future and you shall be able to see it inside the billing Control Panel at all times. You are able to use the upgrade as a standalone service or on top of the 30 minutes of custom work that are a part of our Managed Services upgrade.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
The upgrade is available with all our
dedicated web hosting plans and if you add it, our skilled admins shall be able to help you with everything on your machine. Including setting up any third-party software that you may want to use on the web server and troubleshooting any script that operates inadequately or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade provides one hour of work and if a particular task is not very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account. You'll be able to discover how many minutes are left within your billing CP and use them whenever you require support again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade could be ordered at any time, so if you need something to be set up in the very beginning, you can add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you require support afterwards, you'll be able to add it from the hosting server billing area. Half an hour of custom work are supplied with our Managed Services pack as well, but just in case you need more work to be performed on the hosting server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade shall be a guarantee that your apps shall be installed and set up in the best feasible way.
